Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Hub iAbot, a service operated by CANARY OPTIONS, S.L. (hereinafter, "we", "the Company" or "Hub iAbot"). These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our platform, products and services. By accessing or registering with Hub iAbot, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use our services.

2. Description of the Service

Hub iAbot is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that allows users to create web applications and automated Artificial Intelligence flows using natural language. We provide the technical infrastructure, third-party AI models and connectors necessary for its operation.

3. Registration and User Accounts

To use our service you must create an account and provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate our policies or provide false information.

4. Plans, Payments and Billing

We offer different subscription plans and a single balance called Hub AI Credit, usable in Copilot/Studio and in the AI resources of your apps. Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing or topping up, you authorize the corresponding charge. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for unused periods.

  • Plan-included credit: granted per billing cycle (or once on the Trial plan) and expires at the end of that cycle or trial period.
  • Top-ups: 10 / 25 / 60 / 150 € packs at 1:1 Hub balance value, valid for 12 months. Top-ups are not lost when you change or cancel your plan.
  • Usage: the visible cost is in Hub euros and varies by model and operation. We do not publish upstream provider cost or margin details.
  • Upgrade: immediate and prorated. Downgrade or cancellation: at the end of the current cycle.
  • “Unlimited” apps (Business plan): subject to reasonable use and technical/operational review.

5. Intellectual Property and Content

User Content: You retain all rights to the content you enter into Hub iAbot (prompts, instructions, data). Generated Content: The code, text or resources generated by the AI from your instructions belong to you to the extent permitted by applicable law, and you may use them for commercial or personal purposes. Platform: The interface, underlying source code, logo and trade name of Hub iAbot are the exclusive property of CANARY OPTIONS, S.L.

6. Acceptable Use

Use of the platform is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). It is strictly prohibited to use our services for illegal activities, generation of malicious content, phishing, spam, violence, child exploitation or any purpose that violates applicable laws or the rights of third parties.

7. Availability and Limitation of Liability

We strive to keep Hub iAbot operational 99.9% of the time, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. As we rely on third-party AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek, etc.), we may experience disruptions beyond our control. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CANARY OPTIONS, S.L. shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, loss of profits or damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of substantial changes through a notice on the platform or by email. Continued use of the service after a modification implies acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain. For any dispute, both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
