Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) sets out the rules of conduct and use of the Hub iAbot platform, operated by CANARY OPTIONS, S.L. By using our services or interacting with our integrated Artificial Intelligence models, you agree to comply with these guidelines.

1. Prohibited Uses

You must not use the Hub iAbot services for:

  • Illegal activities: Encouraging, facilitating or engaging in activities that violate local, national or international laws.
  • Harm and violence: Generating or disseminating content that promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, suicide, or that constitutes a threat to third parties.
  • Child exploitation: Any content related to the abuse or sexual exploitation of minors will result in the immediate cancellation of the account and notification to the relevant authorities.
  • Harassment and hate speech: Generating insults, defamation, personal attacks, or content that discriminates against or incites hatred on grounds of race, religion, sexual orientation, gender, disability, etc.
  • Fraud, impersonation and deception: Creating fake identities (phishing), automatically generating fake news (disinformation bots), committing financial fraud, sending spam, or deceiving third parties into believing they are interacting with a human without proper disclosure.
  • Violation of privacy and security: Attempting to discover passwords, performing unauthorized scraping, distributing malware, or infringing the intellectual property, copyright or privacy rights of third parties.

2. AI Use and Transparency

Applications built using Hub iAbot that interact with end users must be transparent about the automated nature of the interactions. When you deploy chatbots (e.g. on WhatsApp or on the web), we urge you to inform your users that they are talking to an Artificial Intelligence.

3. Prohibition of Resource Abuse

"Unlimited" apps (Business plan) and Hub AI Credit are subject to reasonable use ("Fair Use"). It is prohibited to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of Hub iAbot.
  • Systematically evade the security filters of the integrated AI models ("Jailbreaking").
  • Carry out denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks or subject the infrastructure to an unreasonable load that degrades the service for other users.
  • Automate Hub AI Credit consumption solely to exhaust promotional balances or circumvent plan limits.

4. Review and Approval of Applications

As indicated in our plans, before activating certain applications (especially those aimed at a wide audience or connected to channels such as WhatsApp), Hub iAbot reserves the right to review the use case. Apps aimed at illegal, dangerous activities or contrary to this policy will not be activated.

5. Consequences of Infringement

If we detect or receive reports that your account is violating this AUP, we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately suspend or delete your account without right to a refund.
  • Block access to the generated applications.
  • Report and cooperate with the relevant legal authorities if the content involves illegal activities.

6. Reporting Abuse

If you detect any application generated with Hub iAbot that violates this policy, please report it by writing to team@iabot.io so that we can take immediate action.
