Hub AI Credit
Hub AI Credit is your account balance in euros. One balance covers Copilot in Studio (create and edit apps) and AI resources in your published apps (chat, images, video, voice…).
Your account balance
Every plan includes credit (e.g. Trial 4 €, Pro 18 €/month). Top-ups are €1 paid = €1 credit and last 12 months. Plan credit renews with your subscription.
What it is used for
Copilot in Studio
Ask, Plan, Agent, generation and iterations: each request debits based on the model and job size.
AI in published apps
When a visitor generates an image, a video, or chats with an LLM in your Live AppWeb, that usage also comes from this balance.
How to see your balance
- In the Copilot chat, click the amount pill (X.XX €).
- The Hub AI Credit modal opens with:
- Available — usable balance now
- From plan — credit included with your subscription
- Purchased — card top-ups
- You can also go to Profile → Plan and use Top up Hub AI Credit.
Recent activity
The same modal shows history (Ask, Plan, Agent, Resource…). Small charges may show extra decimal places.
Top up
Pick a pack (10 / 25 / 60 / 150 €), pay with Stripe, and credit is added immediately. A card is required. Top-ups expire after 12 months.
If you run out
The app does not shut down
- You’ll see No Hub AI Credit and Top up credit.
- Your published AppWeb stays online; only paid AI actions pause.
- Copilot can’t generate or edit until you top up or plan credit renews.

- Creator: 40 €/month
- Business: 100 €/month
