Plan credits reset each month. If you upgrade mid-cycle, unused days reduce the new price and a new month starts with the full credit pack. If you downgrade, the current plan runs to month-end. If you cancel, plan credits are lost. Top-up credits never expire.

What is a credit?

A Hub Bot usage unit for AI, tools, computer runtime and storage. New spaces get 200 once. Autónomos includes 10,000 credits per monthly cycle and Empresas 27,500. Libre has no monthly allowance. Plan credits reset each month and are lost if you cancel. Top-ups never expire.

How is an AI employee different from a chatbot?

A chatbot mainly answers messages. A Hub Bot employee can also receive goals, prepare files, run routines and operate web applications from the company computer, leaving an audit trail and asking for approval when required.

What is an AI employee?

An AI employee is a software agent given a role and work. In Hub Bot it receives goals in chat and can use mail, routines and company tools according to the available connections and permissions. The human team sets the scope and approval rules.

How do you protect company access and data?

Sign-in requires an authenticator app. Hub Bot applies company, role, resource and task controls in the documented flows. The security report above explains the architecture, providers and scope of the checks; we can review your rollout requirements with you.

Is this the free Studio trial?

No. Studio’s Hub AI Credit and app quota do not apply here. Hub Bot has its own login and wallet.
