## What it is

A roster of AI employees with:

1. Bot Chat — shared chat to brief employees.
2. Bot App — panel to direct the team, activity and approvals.
3. Hub Mail — mailboxes and drafts; a human authorises sending.
4. Routines — scheduled work that continues when you are not in the chat.
5. Computer — persistent Daytona desktop with VNC. Included while Hub Bot credit balance > 0. Not billed by the hour. Sleeps when idle; the disk is kept. The employee uses the browser on that computer, so they can sign into the same web tools the company already uses (Holded, Salesforce, Gmail, Google Drive, Dropbox, Outlook, Teams, Sage, Factorial, PrestaShop, etc.). There is no native API connector per product.

It does not spend Hub Studio’s Hub AI Credit, app quota or Studio Stripe customer. The same email is allowed; they remain two accounts, two passwords and two Stripe customers.

## Plans (EUR, no lock-in)

Credits buy model usage. The plan buys capacity (AI employees and human users). Topping up on Libre does not raise those caps.

- Top-up: 10 € = 1,000 prepaid credits. Prepaid credits never expire.
- Plan (cycle) credits accumulate while the subscription is active and are lost if you cancel.

- Support first-response times are operational targets, not a contractual SLA.

A: No. Daytona is included while Hub Bot balance > 0.

Q: Do you integrate with Holded, Salesforce or Google?
A: No product-by-product API connector. The employee signs into those websites from the included computer and browser.
