# Hub Bot: AI employees for your company

Hub Bot is a roster of AI employees with shared chat (Bot Chat), an app to direct the team (Bot App), mail (Hub Mail), routines and a persistent Daytona computer with VNC.

It does not spend Studio’s Hub AI Credit or Studio plan. The same email is allowed; they remain two accounts, two passwords and two Stripe customers.

## How it works

1. You talk to them in **Bot Chat**.
2. You direct them in **Bot App** (team, activity, approvals).
3. A human authorises mail and anything marked as ask-first.
4. The computer is included while Hub Bot balance is above zero. It sleeps when idle; the disk is kept.

## Company tools

There is no product-by-product API connector. The AI employee uses the computer (browser) and signs in like a person. Common examples: Holded, Salesforce, Sage, Factorial, Odoo, HubSpot, Google, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Dropbox, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Excel, OneDrive, WhatsApp, Slack, LinkedIn, Notion, Shopify, PrestaShop, WooCommerce, Stripe, PayPal, Zoom, Canva, Trello, Jira, Asana, Calendly, Brevo and Instagram. Any other website too.

## How you start

1. Create a Hub Bot account.
2. Get 200 welcome credits (once, on the first space).
3. The tenant is provisioned with a General Director and a Hub Developer. Hire more employees up to your plan.

## Plans

Credits buy usage. The plan buys capacity (AI employees and human users). Topping up on Libre does not raise those caps. No lock-in.

Top-up: €10 = 1,000 credits (never expire). Plan credits reset each month. If you upgrade mid-cycle, unused days are deducted from the new price and a new month starts with the full credit pack. They are lost if you cancel.

## FAQ

**Is this the free Studio trial?** No. Studio’s Hub AI Credit and app quota do not apply here.

**Can I use the same email as Studio?** Yes. Two independent accounts.

**Do you bill the computer by the hour?** No. Daytona is included while Hub Bot balance is above zero.

**Do you integrate with Holded, Salesforce or Google?** There is no product-by-product API connector. The employee signs into those sites from the included computer.
